Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been masturbating for 6 to 7 years. I am 25 years old now. I ejaculate within a few seconds during masturbation. Is it a symptom of premature ejaculation? Can masturbation make me weaker? What diet should I take to improve my sexual performance?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  • I am afraid that you are suffering from premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is usually defined as achieving orgasm and ejaculation soon after sexual activity and minimal stimulation.
  • Masturbation is usually a simple sexual activity, but excessive masturbation leads to an inability to hold orgasm and resulting premature ejaculation.
  • I suggest you to start doing Kegel exercise. It will help you a lot. Drug therapy is not indicated for you as you are not married and not having frequent sex.
  • Diet should include lots of green vegetables and nuts. Stamina building exercises like push-ups and crunches will help in building core muscles.

Regards.
