1. HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a young and energetic male HR & Admin Executive who will be responsible in managing our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

The candidate will be responsible in sourcing suitable talents online, updating job advertisements and conducting background checks, and on boarding the selected candidates. The HR personnel will also be expected to efficiently handle all the statutory compliance related works such as EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, along with filing of the forms under “The Tamil Nadu Shops & Establishment Act”.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To design and update job descriptions as per the requirements.

2. To source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri & Monster

3. To craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

4. To screen incoming resumes and application forms.

5. To interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).

6. To prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.

7. To advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.

8. To provide an extensive timely report on shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

9. To send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits with the selected candidates.

10. To provide recruitment reports at regular intervals.

11. To contact institutions and conduct campus recruitment

12. To update the employee details on the GreytHR software.

13. Hands on work experience in PF, ESI, LWF, Professional Tax, filing of forms is a mandatory requirement.

14. To file the Labour Welfare Fund contribution annually and remit the payment through a Demand Draft.

15. To remit the payment towards Professional Tax to the local authority and file the challan for the same.

16. Liasoning with external statutory bodies.

17. To coordinate with the accounts department with regard to the payment of salaries, Greyt with external consultants if needed in regard to the statutory compliances.

18. To notify the management about the latest amendments in regard to statutory compliance and ensure the implementation of the same.

19. Coordinating with the accounts Department with regard to payments of professional Tax TDS.

20. To handle Health Insurance (Group Medical Coverage) and all the works from getting a cost effective policy to processing claims for the employees.

21. Oversee various administrative aspects such as furniture maintenance, plumbing, etc.

22. To ensure adequate stock of stationery and other office day-to-day requirements are maintained.

23. To ensure all Administrative functions are fulfilled.

Key skills required:

1. Excellent Communication skills

2. Hands-on experience in statutory compliance aspects.

3. Should have worked on PF, ESI, and other government portals.

5. Adequate knowledge of working on MS Excel.

6. Good Typing skills.

Note: Knowledge of working on GreytHR Payroll software will be an added advantage.

Skill Requirements:

● Expert level proficiency in ReactJS with TypeScript

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

○ Define the technical vision and architecture for the digital platform, including the

adoption of microservices architecture

○ Lead the development team in the design, development and deployment of the

platform, ensuring adherence to microservices principles.

○ Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best

practices, emphasizing modularity and independent deployability.

○ Mentor and guide junior developers on the team, fostering an understanding of

microservices and object oriented/functional programming.

Collaboration:

○ Work closely with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to

understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications for

individual microservices.

○ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth development, testing and

deployment of individual microservices and their integration into the overall

platform.

○ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team, promoting a

shared understanding of microservices architecture and its implications.

Problem Solving:

○ Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within individual microservices and

across the entire platform.

○ Find creative solutions to complex challenges, considering the constraints and

opportunities of microservices architecture.

○ Continuously improve the platform's performance and scalability, utilizing the

benefits of microservices for optimization.

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience.

Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma or Equivalent.

Salary: 16,00,000/- to 17,00,000/- per annum.

3. AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at iCliniq, you will work with good quality, high volume healthcare data that will help transform our data into data fuelled applications, models and collaborating on product development. You will work to solve real world problems in the healthcare domain, with your problem solving skills and our data.

Be responsible for the development and maintenance of AI, ML applications in the healthcare stream. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise application's efficiency.

Key Skill Set:

Note: Having Healthcare domain knowledge would be an added benefit, not compulsory.

Qualification:Any degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 2 year experience.

Gender: Male.
