Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for writing and I understand your concern.

You can start by making healthy food choices and taking only the required calorie count. I still need many other details for proper medical intervention and to provide a customized diet plan.

I suggest you follow these tips for now.

  1. Have a high protein diet which includes almonds, walnuts, vegetables, paneer, soya, tofu, lean meat, and eggs.

  2. Include chia seeds and flax seeds in your diet.

  3. Do follow some workout regimes like planks, swimming, and basketball.

  4. Increase fluid intake.

  5. Get good sleep for about eight to nine hours daily.

  6. Manage stress with meditation.

  7. Do breathing exercises.

  8. Try to follow small frequent meals.

  9. Do take a 1500 calories diet, including 40 % carbs, 40 % protein, and 20 % fat, and increase fiber up to 30 % of your diet.

  10. Take probiotics to improve gut health

Thank you.
