Q. How to lose the weight that I gained suddenly and regain confidence?

Hi doctor,

I gained 10 kilos all of a sudden. What should I do to slim down? I have reduced my food, sugar, and salt intake but not noticing any changes. I had done blood testing, and everything was normal. Now, I am looking for information on losing weight. Kindly guide me in regaining my confidence.
