I have read your query and understand your concern. You need to have patience and actively participate in gaining weight. It is advisable to opt for natural methods. And, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below. Consume milk twice a day. You can have a banana and milkshake with sugar every morning. Have four meals daily, with breakfast and lunch heavier, while snacks and dinner should be lighter. Consider including two eggs in your diet every day. Ensure your lunch contains moderate carbohydrates and plenty of green leafy vegetables. Include salmon, tuna, and prawns in your diet every two days for a non-vegetarian option. Snacks should contain five to six almonds, mixed fruit juice, and toast with extra cheese or butter. Dinner should be protein-rich, such as having a full bowl of dal (lentils) or with tempering. Engage in 25-minute morning walks daily. Avoid skipping meals and incorporate muscle-strengthening exercises into your routine. Remember, healthily gaining weight takes time.
