Hello,

Thanks for trusting us with your health care.

I can understand your concern. I will provide you with a diet chart to follow. Please note that alternative food options are mentioned below:

  1. Early morning: You can drink one glass of lemon water or one glass of soaked fenugreek seed water (soak fenugreek seeds overnight and consume only the water in the morning).
  2. Breakfast: Oats meal (half bowl) along with one apple or brown bread along with one egg white or two egg whites along with one apple or one glass of milk.
  3. Mid-morning (11 a.m.): You can have a cup of green tea without sugar.
  4. Lunch (1:30 p.m.): Before lunch, consume two glasses of water along with a cucumber, 15 minutes prior. For lunch, have half a cup of brown rice, one bowl of stewed vegetables, or one cup of dal water. Include one piece of small fish or chicken and one cup of sour curd.
  5. Tea time (4 p.m.): Black or green tea without sugar.
  6. Evening snacks (5:30 p.m.): You can have a half bowl of vegetable or chicken stew. Alternatively, you can opt for a half bowl of puffed rice with cucumber and onion.
  7. Dinner (9 p.m.): Two egg whites or grilled fish.

I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below:

  1. Use flaxseed in any recipe.
  2. Avoid fast foods, sugary products, and chocolate ice cream.
  3. Regular exercise is a must.
  4. Monitor your sugar levels regularly.
  5. Drink lots of water.
  6. Do not overeat.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.

Thank you.
