Leg Pain

Leg pain causes pain and discomfort to the legs. It occurs due to various causes like wear and tear, injuries to the joints, muscles, and ligaments, and problems in the lower spine. It can also occur due to blood clots, varicose veins, or poor circulation. The other causes of leg pain are deep vein thrombosis, gout, infection, peripheral neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis, sprains, and stress fractures. Taking pain medications helps to provide some relief. Applying heat or cold provides some relief. Stretching and massaging help a lot.
