Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My girlfriend is having pain in her left leg and hip bone. What could be the reason?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. The issue could be due to SI joint dysfunction, as sometimes when you apply sudden pressure there could be opposite movement resulting in the locked position of the joint resembling a protrusion leads to tremendous pain on movement and weight bearing. Intense pain in the back and leg due to irritated structures and neural disturbance. Since you repositioned she should have felt better then slowly she might have developed some stiffness in the back. Bending forward and rotating sideways sometimes might hurt. Keep icing it to reduce the spasm.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
