Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

As I have recently turned 40 years old, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a daily or weekly schedule for my meals, which includes a well-balanced diet plan. I currently have no health complaints and would like to know how much and what kind of food I should consume on an empty stomach in the morning, as well as in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. It would be very helpful if you could guide me with a proper chart.

Thank you in advance.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the reply,

Please find the attached daily routine. About a year ago, I was diagnosed with mild antral gastritis and was advised to avoid consuming spicy, dairy products, citrus fruits, bitter taste, and non-vegetarian food. However, I have not experienced any symptoms of heartburn recently. For the past three months, I have been consuming all kinds of food, except for spicy ones. Since last three years, my blood reports have shown a mild elevation in total bilirubin levels, at 1.4, and low uric acid levels, at 0.4. All other parameters are within the normal range. Although I do not have any complaints, I have lost 28 lbs of weight and have been unable to gain it back. I have also attached my latest blood test report for your reference.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
