Suryanamaskara or otherwise known as sun salutation is a set of yoga poses arranged in a sequence to indulge the mind and body equally. There are twelve poses in total and it is a great cardiovascular workout. One goes from a standing position to a downward dog position, then to an upward dog position, and back to a standing position with other poses in-between.
