What are ayurvedic remedies for ependymoma and sciatica?

This is regarding my brother, male, age 39 years, height 5'10", weight 143.30 Ibs suffering from spinal cord tumor ependymoma was diagnosed six months back. The problems faced are sciatica pain in the left leg, back of the thigh, lower back, piriformis muscle, ankle pain, tingling, numbness, and burning in both the feet. Also, suffering from avascular necrosis in left and right hip. There is a weakness in the left leg, difficulty in walking. I have had so many medicines till now like homeopathy, allopathy, but no improvement at all. He has started with Ayurvedic treatment from the last two months, that is, Kachnar Guggulu, turmeric, and St John wart tablets. Please suggest appropriate medicines in Ayurveda or any alternative medicines which are easily available and reasonable which can help to treat or reduce or shrink this tumor or remove sciatica pain. He is going through a very bad pain.

What makes a person feel lazy and get daytime sleepiness?

I am a 27-year-old male. For the last six months, I am suffering from poor quality of sleep. I am not able to wake up early in the morning whether I go to bed early or late. My body feels heavy and lazy. I also have muscle aches, especially the muscle of my palms and feet. Low energy, fatigue, daytime sleepiness, and laziness are the symptoms that are present every day. My son has a fistula. Is Rasagandhi Mezhugu advisable?
Hello doctor,
My son, aged 27 years, had multiple fistulas last year, and we took Siddha medicine and applied Mathan oil. Now he has a fistula on one side, and now the doctor advised him to take Rasagandhi Mezhugu two tablets twice daily for five days. My friends told me not to take this medicine as it contains metals that affect the kidney and liver. Is it true? Is it advisable to take two tablets? He is currently on Triphala, Sangu Rasagandhi, and Mathan oil. An MRI scan was taken last month. Please reply.
