Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am having trouble losing weight. I do not have time to go to the gym. I am an adolescent. I mainly want to reduce weight around my stomach and lower back areas. Will yoga and fitness be beneficial? Will a proper diet plan be helpful? If so, please describe how to lose weight.

Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Yes, you can lose weight with a good diet plan and yoga. In addition, 45 minutes of brisk walking is recommended. Here are a few weight loss measures you might try.

  1. Reduce carbohydrate intake and increase protein intake.
  2. You should limit your oil consumption to 0.17 ounces per day.
  3. Cooking oil should not be reused. Increase your consumption of dietary fiber and green leafy vegetables.
  4. Follow a regular schedule for eating and sleeping.
  5. Avoid stress by concentrating on what you eat.
  6. Drink a lot of water.

I can customize a diet plan for you based on your body’s calorie requirements. Please keep me updated on your progress with the diet plan

I hope this has helped you.

Thank you.
