Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 23-year-old male with a height of 5.4 feet and a weight of 110 pounds. I want to gain weight. Without gymming, is there any problem when using powder? Can I gain weight? Please help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have read the query, and I can understand your concern.
There are so many ways to improve weight. You may have protein powder intake but in limited quantities. You need to rely more on improving your metabolism, which will happen by doing strengthening exercises, physiotherapy, various yoga asanas, and pranayama practice. Do breathing exercises to improve your lung capacity, which will be helpful in the maintenance of normal body function. Do daily suryanamaskar and yoga, which will enhance the flexibility of muscles.
I hope this will help you.
Thank you.
