Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am experiencing a heart-racing issue. I have undergone an ECG, X-ray, and cardio tests, but nothing abnormal was found. About a year ago, I had an anxiety issue, and after that, I started experiencing heart-racing issues as well. This occurs daily, especially when I try to sleep, mostly in the afternoon and sometimes at night. I would like to know if this condition can be cured and if I can take arjunaristha (an ayurvedic medicine) to alleviate these symptoms or if there is another medication I should consider. Previously I have taken dashmool ark and banafsha sharbat. I am unsure about the appropriate approach. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

If all your reports are normal, the possibility of symptoms related to stress and anxiety is more likely. Consider taking a combination of Propranolol and Flunarizine once a day at night before sleeping. I would like to know the following:

  1. Are there any stress triggers in your life?

  2. Do you have a stressful lifestyle?

  3. Are you experiencing anxiety?

Please reply with the answers to the above questions so that I can provide better guidance.

Revert in case of other queries.

Thank you.
