Runner's Knee

Runner’s knee, also known as the patellofemoral pain syndrome, is a condition characterized by constant and dull pain around the front part of the knee. The symptoms include rubbing, grinding, and clicking sounds of the knee cap. It is prevalent amongst runners, and it is caused by a certain way of running or walking (running at inclines), and it can also be due to structural defects of the knees.
