Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I suggest a diet chart with alternative foods also mentioned:

1. In the early morning, at 7 AM, have three to four pieces of soaked almonds or sprouts.

2. For breakfast at 8.30 AM, have two pieces of brown bread, a boiled egg (without yolk), three pieces of roti with milk, or two pieces of bread and peanut butter.

3. At midmorning, at 11 AM, have fruit juice, especially pineapple, banana milkshake glass, or any fruit juice.

4. At lunch at 1.30 PM, have two cups of brown rice with a bowl of vegetable curry. Alternatively, have egg, rajma, or mushroom curry and a bowl of fish, egg, or chicken breast. Have a plate of salad and half a cup of sour curd.

5. For evening snacks at 5.30 PM, have vegetable or chicken stew, a bowl of semolina porridge, and chirer polao.

6. For dinner from 8.30 to 9 PM, have a roti or a cup of rice with a bowl of paneer curry.

I also suggest the following:

1. Do exercises like strength training or yoga.

2. Avoid stress and alcohol.

3. Take plenty of water, at least ten glasses a day.

4. You should eat more food at each meal by forcing.

5. Before taking a meal, you can walk for some time as it helps you feel hungrier.

6. Sleep at least seven to eight hours a day.

7. You can reduce your intake of chocolate, pastry, cake, chips, butter, ghee, and paratha.

Nutrigain is a protein supplement used to gain weight. There is no side effect if you take prescribed doses with workout or exercise. The taken amount depends on your body weight and body type. Only taking supplements with no exercise can cause:

  • Digestive problem.
  • May decrease liver function.
  • May cause muscle damage.
  • Sexual problems like decreased sexual desire, and premature ejaculation.
  • Hormonal problems like anxiety, depression, stress.
  • May increase blood sugar.
  • Prolonged use can cause side effects. If you achieve your desired weight, it should stop gradually, like half a teaspoon daily. Also, it is important to take good diet and exercise.

If you have no other health problems and you are physically fit then you do not have to be tense about your weight. It is better to avoid taking any supplements for gaining weight.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and regards.
