Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have gone through your history, general condition, and your investigation reports (attachment removed to protect patient identity). I will need few additional information like, since when do you have your symptoms? When did you start taking the hypertension medicines? Did you gain weight recently? How is your diet? And do you workout. But, if you want me to answer, assuming that all my questions are normal, then I would suggest you the following. Weight reduction with lifestyle modification, your iron levels, MCV (mean corpuscular volume), MCH (mean corpuscular hemoglobin), MCHC (mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration), RBC (red blood cell), and hemoglobin levels are low, implying nutrition deficiency. It is better to take Iron supplements with an iron-rich diet like green leafy vegetables, dates, etc, keep monitoring your blood pressure, get an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, occult blood, and USG abdomen, to check for any gastrointestinal blood. Thank you and take care. Regards.
