I am 46 years old, recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, and have been on CPAP for the past week. The doctor has advised me to reduce 25 kgs. Unfortunately, I am also hypertensive and diabetic. I have shared my test results. What are the ways to reduce my weight?

I suggest you to follow the diet mentioned below.

Monday

Breakfast- Rajma and sauteed vegetables cooked in olive oil, one fruit, and five soaked almonds.

Lunch– Vegetable salad with a handful of nuts.

Dinner- Steamed or grilled paneer with sauteed veggies.

Tuesday

Breakfast - Dal with a lot of vegetables.

Lunch - Vegetable salad or sprout salad.

Dinner - Roasted chana and vegetables with a bowl of homemade mushroom soup.

Wednesday

Breakfast - Boiled dal, one bowl of watermelon, and half a teaspoon of flax seeds.

Lunch - Green beans salad with grilled paneer pieces.

Dinner–Baked fish with one bowl of cauliflower soup.

Thursday

Breakfast - Baked potato and broccoli.

Lunch - Paneer avocado lettuce wraps.

Dinner - Stir-fried vegetables.

Friday

Breakfast - Bell pepper vegetable soup.

Lunch - Spicy pepper dal.

Dinner - Chana masala with sauteed veggies.

Saturday

Breakfast - Vegetable soup with sweet potato.

Lunch - Dal with lemon.

Dinner - Grilled mushroom with lemon and thyme.

Sunday

Breakfast - Boiled chickpea with tomatoes and onions.

Lunch - Soybean moong salad with roasted tomatoes.

Dinner - Keema with coconut curry and vegetables.
