Hello doctor,

I am 46 years old, recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, and have been on CPAP for the past week. The doctor has advised me to reduce 25 kgs. Unfortunately, I am also hypertensive and diabetic. I have shared my test results. What are the ways to reduce my weight?

Kindly help.
