Hip Hiking

Hip hiking is a process of building hip strength. It should be performed in a low, stable platform. A hip hike helps to improve hip strength and enhance pelvic alignment. For this, stand sideways on a step on the leg where the pelvis is upper. Push the foot down and lift the opposite pelvis to the highest, but the spine should be straight. Hold on for ten seconds and relax. Repeat five to ten times.
