Diet To Lower Cholesterol

To lower cholesterol, saturated fat is to be avoided as it is bad fat and raises LDL (bad cholesterol) levels. One should limit the intake of salt and alcohol. Increase the intake of foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as fish, and also increase fruit and vegetable consumption.
