Cervical Kyphosis

Cervical kyphosis or military neck is the abnormally straight or bending back of the cervical spine that appears like standing at attention position. It occurs mainly due to poor posture when using a computer or repetitive movements. Other causes include degenerative disc disease, a congenital defect, or trauma. It can lead to neck stiffness, decreased neck movement, headaches, neck pain, and spine deformities. Give some rest and position the posture correctly; giving hot and cold packs, regulating the ergonomics can relive the problem.
