Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 32 years old. My height is 157 cms and weight is 85 kgs. I am planning to enroll myself in a weight loss program, but I am confused about which one to choose. Does dieting helps reduce weight? My colleagues asked me to enroll in programs that include cardio, but I would like to know if cardio is effective. I am getting married next year, so is it possible for me to lose weight before my marriage? How to lose more weight in a limited time?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Weight can be easily decreased by balancing energy expenditure and uptake. I suggest you increase fiber content and spend more energy doing aerobic exercise and yoga. You can also do walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, and treadmill for at least 30 minutes. You should do more abdominal exercises. I hope you are satisfied with the answer.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
