Bridging Exercise

Bridging exercise is done to strengthen the core muscles. To perform this exercise lie on the back with knees bent. Tighten the abdominal muscles. Raise the hip off the floor until the knee, hip, and shoulder come in a straight line. Hold on to the position for three deep breaths. Now return to the normal position and rest. Repeat this exercise. This exercise helps improve lower back pain.
