Backache

Backache can occur due to strain, tension, or injury to the back muscles. It causes pain in the back muscles. It can also occur due to discomfort in the intervertebral joints and spinal nerves. Pain in the upper back can occur due to disorders of the aorta, tumors in the chest, and spine inflammation. Lifting heavy objects and poor posture aggravates backache. Ruptured disk, sciatica, arthritis, kidney problems, and osteoporosis can cause back pain. Cancer of the spine, cauda equina syndrome, and sleep disorders can cause back pain. Doing physical therapy, taking cortisone injections and botox injections helps to provide relief.
