Imbalance in blood report after I began cheating on my Paleo. Please suggest a plan.

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. Paleo or Keto diet is not sustainable, as it is elimination and crash diet, especially for morbidly obese people. It not only about bringing sugar levels down, also it should not cause any nutritional deficiency, which may happen with paleo. Having higher intake of animal foods means having higher and processed saturated fats. For diabetes, all carbs are not the culprit, only simple and processed form of carbs raise blood glucose levels.

Is pH of food important to prevent certain diseases?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. Acid production in the stomach is a natural breakdown process of certain nutrients. When we talk about acidic foods, it is not about absorption of the nutrients but their acid-producing properties after they are absorbed and metabolized. If the by-product of the breakdown of food is acidic, they will rot in the intestine, and the acid produced makes the blood acidic, which can lead to many diseases over the long run. Therefore, take more significant portions of an alkaline diet and less acidic or processed foods.

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. Nuts do not contain cholesterol. Cholesterol is only found in animal foods like meat, poultry, fish, milk and milk products. Nuts have unsaturated essential fats which the body cannot make on its own. Hence consumption of all types of nuts in moderation provides healthy fats like omega-3 and fat-soluble vitamin E (which works as an antioxidant).
