Ms. Teresa Russell is a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor, Maryland Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor Supervisor, and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She received her MS in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Community Counseling and BA in Psychology from the Chaminade University of Honolulu and is currently a Psy. D student at CalSouthern University. She is also an honorably discharged United States Army Veteran. She has over nine years of experience in providing counseling to adults, veterans, severely mentally ill, addicted, dual-diagnosed, LGBT, and many other populations. Currently, she is practicing at Hanai Ohana, Frederick, United States.
