Is it normal to have lighter periods after stopping the pill?

Hello doctor,

Before every period, I get a light brown discharge with brown cervical mucus for three to four days. After that, the bleeding starts, and then again, there is a brown discharge for two days. When bleeding starts, I use only one pad a day and, even that does not get full. I was on pills eight months ago. When I stopped the pills, I started having these light periods. Why do I have this brown discharge before my period and bleeding that lasts for two days only? Could it be endometriosis?

I took I-pill thrice in the last one week and now have delayed periods. Why?

Hello doctor,

My husband and I had unprotected sex multiple times on the 7th, 8th and 14th. I took an I-pill on the 8th, 9th and 15th morning, within 12 hours of intercourse all the three times. I did not get my periods on the 13th as expected. Is there a chance of pregnancy? Today is the 20th and I still have not got my periods. How long should I wait to take a pregnancy test?

Please suggest a tablet for loose stools that is safe to use when trying to conceive.

Hi doctor,

I ovulated on day-14 and the follicle size was 24 on day-13. I had intercourse with my hubby during the fertile days. From day-15, I have very loose stools. I took one Eldoper tablet on day-15, and was alright, but it started again on the next day. I feel really tired and have no interest in doing work. My appetite is also poor. Are these early signs of pregnancy? I am really confused. I never experienced this before. I request you to help me and suggest which tablet can be used for loose stools while trying to conceive.

Can birth control pills impact ovulation, menstrual cycles, and bone health?

Hello doctor,

I am a 20-year-old female, and I take Drospirenone and Ethinyl estradiol as my form of birth control. For the past month, my schedule was a bit messed up, and the times I took my pills were irregular. I usually take them at 7 PM, but due to my new schedule, I would sometimes take them at 8, 9, 11 PM, 2 AM, or even the next day. I would also take my other same-day pill at different times, but I never missed a pill. I tried to stick to my 7 PM timing during the last week, but it was sometimes delayed or taken earlier. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex during my seven-day placebo pill week. For the next month, I took my pills regularly at 7 PM, except twice when they were delayed by an hour or two. Right now, I am on my fourth day of the placebo week, and there was only a tiny bit of bleeding that started earlier but then stopped. Could that be implantation bleeding? Please suggest.
