Is cholecystectomy necessary before planning pregnancy?

I am a 34-year-old female ophthalmologist. I have a single gallstone which is 10 mm in size that was noticed incidentally in ultrasound. Is it necessary to undergo cholecystectomy before planning my second pregnancy? I had nonspecific episodes of abdominal pain in the last two years which were not typical of gallbladder pain because the pain was more located in the center and lower abdomen. But the intensity of the pain was severe and was associated with nausea, and vomiting which relieved only after taking intramuscular painkillers.

What does acute cholecystitis with multiple cysts indicate?
Hello doctor,
I have recently had an MRI and ultrasound scan for acute cholecystitis and they showed multiple cysts and a 16 cm x 12 cm cyst in my liver. Please could you tell me is that large for a cyst as I have been told it needs further surveillance. It is showing two benign looking hepatic cysts.

Why is there a tiny nodule in cardia?

I had a gastroscopy a week back and when I asked the doctor if I had cancer she said no. On arriving home I saw on the report that there was a tiny nodule in the cardia which has been biopsied. My question is, why would she say emphatically that I do not have cancer if she has done a biopsy?

What is causing hiatal hernia with chest pain?
Hi doctor,
I just had an EGD with a biopsy and polypectomy. It showed a hiatal hernia 2 cm. I am attaching photos. The doctor took biopsies and said there was no cancer. I have had breast cancer in the past. I am having pain in my chest when I swallow, and my sternum today. Will that subside? Is it from the bleeding? And taking Pantoprazole now. Can you recommend the best pill to take for this pain? And what should I take for this problem, what should I eat? Can you assure me there is no cancer?

What is causing loud noices from stomach?
Hi doctor,
My stomach makes a lot of loud noises even though I am not hungry. I have anemia and when I started to take Ferrous sulfate, my stomach noises begin again. I remember that eventually, I started to feel pain along with it. So my doctor adviced me to stop taking the medicine for a month until my stomach calms down and start taking the tablets again. I also switched to Ferrous fumarate but that does not help. I began taking the tablets again, at first I felt pain which eventually disappeared although the noises are back again and it is getting worse. It is also bothering me because it is loud especially when I am in the middle of the lecture in the university. Please help me.
