Hello doctor,

My father is a heart patient and his ejection fraction is 35 %. He is now suffering from kidney stone which is currently stuck in the penis. He has heavy pain during urine passage. The urine flow is almost zero. The doctor suggested for the operation with high cardiac risk. Can catheter open the blockage instead of operation because there is a risk of life due to anesthesia? Please suggest. Currently, he is on Ecosprin gold 10, Prolomet R 25 for heart disease.

What could cause a small mass in the bladder?

Hi doctor,

I went to the doctor last week after I got my period 10 days early. I was worried because I have had a history of cervical dysplasia. My pap smear came back normal but my doctor wanted me to have an ultrasound just to be sure. Everything came back fine except for a small mass of 0.5 inch on the posterior side of my bladder. I am so scared right now. Other than bladder cancer, could it be anything else?

What is the treatment for bladder cancer?

Hi doctor,

My father, who is 72, was diagnosed with bladder tumor a month ago when he went to the local doctor for the treatment of blood drops in the urine. I have attached the diagnosis report for your reference. The doctors advised to operate it as soon as possible, and the operation took place 10 days ago. The biopsy report says high-grade transitional cell carcinoma of stage G3pT2. I have attached the report for your reference. Could you please advise the next step of the treatment? Please let me know if you require additional information which I have not provided with this case. Your help would be highly appreciated.

What are the causes and management options for urine leakage?

Hi doctor,

I am 26 years old. I have been to the urologist and had a cystoscopy because I was having problems with leakage of urine after I pee and urgency. The doctor said my prostate was slightly larger than normal and gave me some medicines. Those medicines did not help with the symptoms, and he gave me another medicine called Rapaflo and that did not help either. The leaking still has not gone away, and it hurts to ejaculate sometimes. I had the cystoscopy done about five months ago. Is there some medicine to help with this? The leaking is very embarrassing, and my sex drive is much lower. I do not feel like I get erections. What do you think is going on with me?

Please help.

What could be done to cure UTI causing difficulty in urination?

Hello doctor,

I am newly married for 25 days. 10 days ago, I had UTI with burning sensation while urinating for which I was prescribed Augmentin 625 and Cital syrup. I took medicine for three days and had some relief. Then three days back suddenly I was not able to urinate at all. My bladder was full but I was not able to dispense urine. I visited the doctor. They emptied my bladder using Foleys and 500 ml was emptied. I was prescribed, tablet Oflox 400 mg once daily, tablet Flotral (Alfuzosin) 10 mg once daily, tablet Urispas (Flavoxate) thrice daily, and Cranbe (Cranberry) capsule 300 mg twice daily. I was advised a urine culture and ultrasound KUB. Reports are attached. Now I am able to urinate but have to apply all my force. I feel my bladder is full then I go and sit for 10 minutes but urine does not come till I apply full force. It is very painful for me. I am not able to pee normally for the last five days. What has happened to me? And how to return to normalcy?
