What causes a tender lesion on the shin in biopsy?
Hello doctor,
I have tender lesions on shins that come and go for years.
Biopsy report suggests: Granulomatous inflammation composed of well-formed epitheloid-type granulomas with surround lymphocytes, histocytes, neutrophils, and eosinophils. Perivascular and mixed inflammation with the overlying dermis. Yeast forms with focal budding within a granuloma. Mixed lobular and septal granulomatous panniculitis.
My other test results: BUN-6, total bilirubin - 1.2, Angiotensin-1 converting enzyme - 70 MID, monocytes, eosinophils, and basophils - 11, RBC - 5.26.

How to treat eyelid indentation caused due to toothpaste?
Hello doctor,
I am 18 years old and I once in my lifetime applied toothpaste on my bottom eyelid trying to help with the dark circles I had but then I had an irritation there and the next morning I had a scab which later fell off and left an indentation on my end eye that looks like an ugly wrinkle. Can this be treated to remove the wrinkle with a cream? Because this small indentation is causing other wrinkles near it. Please help with a depth answer. It would mean a lot.

What causes a white semicircular band on the fingernails?
Hi doctor,
I have noticed something different on the tip of the nails. At the tip of all nails, a band of half-white color has formed and it is going around the circumference of the nail horizontally. They are not an exact horizontal line, but a circular band around the tip of the nail. I am also attaching a picture of my nails for your better understanding. I am not sure whether they were always there or have developed recently. But, I noticed them recently. Please tell me what is the cause of this. I also have some unusual taste in my mouth or tongue. I do not know whether they are related to the nails. But, I have not had this before. Please help.
