Intra-articular Capitellum Fracture

Medical Case Details:

38 years old patient with a history of fall at home was unable to move the left elbow joint. X-ray and CT scan showed Capitellum fracture that rotated 180 degrees. Kocher's approach intraoperatively, fracture reduced and Herbert's screw was inserted. Achieved good compression. The patient was on further follow-ups for almost 1 year and did not show any signs of AVN. She had complete range of motion.
