Wrist Pain

Wrist pain is any discomfort in the wrist that may occur as a result of sprain, strain, injury, or overuse of the wrist. Keep the wrist at rest for at least two weeks and apply cold packs. Wearing a wrist splint and doing gentle stretching exercises for the fingers and wrist. Sometimes wrist pain can be due to repeated stress, or arthritis. Intake of oral calcium supplements and paying proper attention to ergonomics can decrease the chances of injury.
