I am a 20-year-old male and my height is five feet eight inches. I am trying to gain weight but due to high metabolism unable to achieve my goal of gaining 22-33 lbs. I tried to follow a diet for four months and gained 8.8 pounds but it dropped again. Currently, I am 114.64 lbs which is considered underweight. Please suggest a vegetarian Indian diet for the best results and a realistic time to achieve my goal of 132-143 lbs of weight gain.
