Trapezitis

A spasm of trapezius muscle is known as trapezitis. The trapezius muscle spreads from the nape of the neck along with the shoulder blades. This muscle spasm leads to restricted head and shoulder movements. Trapezitis is common in people with poor posture while working on the computer for extended periods and in people involved in regular swimming, gymnastics, etc. It resolves within five days on its own.
