Theraband Strengthening Program

Theraband is an elastic resistance band. The resistance can be increased or decreased by shortening or lengthening the elastic band. This is done by changing the holding position of a band or tying it in another place. These bands are lightweight, cheap, more effective, and challenging in the workout. When using this band, more than one group of muscles works at a time and overlaps. Theraband exercise can be done with squats, lunges, bridges, clams, hamstrings, and glutes.
