Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have changed my eating habits for eight months and have lost 60 pounds. But for the last two months, I have lost 13 pounds. I am concerned if there is anything wrong to worry about. I have cut out all processed food, sugar, salt, bread, and flour items. I take minimal dairy and drink 64 ounces of water every day. I know I should be excited about this, but I feel this seems to be too fast as I constantly eat little meals all day. I do not know if I have gone into ketosis or if what I have cut in the food has been related to drastic weight loss.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Now you have achieved your weight management goal. And then you should eat a balanced diet, not the selected one. It is good that you are not eating processed food, but I would advise you to take complex carbohydrates like yogurt, milk, and paneer. Your other parameters are proper. It is nice. I suggest some yoga that builds your strength and stability.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
