Hello doctor,
I have suffered from premature ejaculation and my penis size is so small and my semen is regularly passing with my urine last five years I have had an erection problem and my semen is so thin. I was married for two and a half months. I am not able to satisfy my wife during sexual intercourse semen discharged just two minutes before her discharge. My divorce date is next month due to my this all-sex problem. Please save my life if I get divorced then my life is destroyed I have to committed suicide. Please help.

I read your query and understand your concern. You need to calm yourself. Premature ejaculation is the most common problem among young adults. Almost 45 % of all males suffer from this condition. Plus, the more you worry about it the more it worsens. The same is true for erectile dysfunction. The more you worry about it lesser erection you get. Now coming to the medicines; all you tried to date is ayurvedic medication and that too in an unorganized manner. I suggest you take the tablet. Tadalafil 20 mg twice a week (after a gap of two to three days) for three weeks. Along with it try the tablet Paroxitine (Polacrilin potassium, Microcrystalline cellulose) 20 mg a day for the next 20 days. Tadalafil is a wonderful drug for erectile dysfunction while Paroxitine helps greatly in treating premature ejaculation. Let us know after three weeks. I hope this helps.
