Mckenzie Exercise

McKenzie exercise is suggested for back pain. It should be avoided in serious spinal problems. Lie on the stomach and place arms at the sides. Turn head sideways or face down. Hold on for few minutes and repeat it eight times a day. The other types of McKenzie exercise include lying on the pillow, prone on elbows, prone press up, standing extension, lying flexion, sitting flexion, and standing flexion.
