Internal Rotation

Internal rotation is the rotating movement towards the body center. Internal rotation exercises and stretches improve the range of internal rotator motion, preventing body injury. Hip exercises are seated hip internal rotation, squatting leg internal rotation, 90-90 foot lift; hip stretches include twisted leg hip internal rotation, lying with the band, massage the hip with internal rotators.
