Heart Rate

The speed at which your heart beats in a minute is known as heart rate. The heart rate is calculated by counting the number of heartbeats per minute, which is almost equal to the pulse measured at any peripheral point. For adults, the average resting heart rate should be between 60 to 100 beats per minute.
