Hi doctor,

I am a 24-year-old male. I am currently weighing 80 kilograms, and I am 5.3 in height. I am a B+ blood group person. The thing I need is to reduce 20 kg. I wanted to know how many kilometers I should walk daily to reduce weight. Should I follow a healthy low, calorie food? Please help.

I suggest you take a high-fiber, low-fat diet followed by a detox diet. Drink plenty of water daily. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food altogether. 8:30 PM chapati(2 pieces), palak paneer(1 bowl), cucumber.

9:00 PM skimmed milk (1 cup).
