Faulty Sleeping Position

Faulty sleeping positions adversely affect the spine health, similar to poor standing or sitting posture. Using a too high or low pillow, sleeping on the stomach with head turned towards aside, etc., affects the spine health. It can lead to neck pain, back pain, and pain in other parts of the body. Lying on your side with pillow support under your knees and fetal position are some best sleeping positions.
