Epididymo-orchitis

Inflammation of the epididymis that is the coiled tube on top of the testes is called epididymo-orchitis. The symptoms include swelling, pain, and tenderness in the scrotum, fluid around the testes, blood in semen, painful urination, and fever. Some of the causes are sexually transmitted infections, bacterial infections, trauma, and tuberculosis.
