Climber's Elbow

Climber's elbow or golfer's elbow is medial elbow pain seen in rock climbers. Symptoms include dull pain that starts during the warmup before starting to climb. It can be prevented by taking enough rest, strengthening the tendons with workouts, proper hydration, stretching exercises, maintaining good cardio, and training the opposing muscle.
