Physiotherapy for cervical disc prolapse are neck stretches, seated chair stretch, towel hamstring stretch, back flexion stretch, knee to chest stretch, piriform muscle stretch. Yoga, swimming, walking and cycling can also help relieve disc prolapse. Heavy lifting, repeated strenuous exercise, and sudden pressure on the back should be avoided.
