Can Pp26 tablets prevent cleft lip and palate in fetus?

I had an abortion before 10 days due to a major cleft lip and palate to the child. When can I start planning to conceive again? Can I take a Pp26 tablet and CC74 tablet before three months of pregnancy to prevent this defect? I have attached my report.

What causes wetness at the penis tip during intercourse?
Hello doctor,
I had intercourse with my girlfriend and it slipped. Also, my girl just started her menstrual cycle at about the same time. After about two weeks later, I noted slight wetness at the tip of my penis and had some irritation. I took Azithromycin three tablets. The irritation stopped, but slight wetness at the penis tip remained. It is very slight wetness at the tip, as during the day every few hours we go to urinate and is only on the tip. The wetness can mainly be seen in the morning when I get up after eight hours of sleep. I got blood tests and VRDL is negative. I seek your advice on medication and what could this be?

Is it advisable to go for copper-T for hormonal imbalance and menstrual disorder?
Hello doctor,
My sister was experiencing irregular periods and sometimes bleeding was heavy during the menstrual period. We consulted a gynecologist. She suggested taking pelvis scan where they observed that endometrium line became thick. They informed that it was due to hormonal imbalance. Later we approached an endocrinologist where she has advised us some hormonal tests (prolactin, testosterone, thyroid tests). It seems the report was normal. For the past two months, she is taking Meprate 10 mg tablet from the 16th day to 25th day of menstrual cycle. And the subsequent falling period is normal. However, during the recent review with the gynecologist, she has advised taking full abdomen scan with the pelvis and there are no findings. Even the endometric layer is normal. Hence she came to an opinion like menstrual disorder is due to hormonal imbalance. The doctor advised undergoing for copper-T which is the only solution for hormonal imbalance and menstrual disorder. The endocrinologist said reports are fine. Both the statements are contrary. We are just confused to go ahead with the copper-T process. Please see the reports and kindly provide us the detailed clarification on this.
