How to relieve ear pain, clogged nose, and itchy throat?

Hi doctor,

I have episodes of bad sinuses every year. Last year, I had hay fever with an extreme blocked nose. I went to my GP, and he gave me sinus injection. I got better after treating it. The doctor prescribed Allerway 5, and Spersallerg eye drops for me. This year, my condition seems to be poor. My sinus has become bad. I use endless nasal sprays and allergy tablets. But there is no relief. I went to GP again, and he gave me an injection. This time, injection has not helped me. I have ear pain, head pain, clogged nose, with itchy eyes and itchy throat. When I lie down to sleep, the pain gets worse, and I have throbbing pain in the head. I have nonstop sneezing for 30 minutes in the mornings. I have also taken two courses of antibiotics. But there is no relief. In the mornings, when I sneeze, the mucous seems to be yellow with some blood present in it. Later, the mucus becomes clear again. I cannot sleep at night because of the throbbing head pain. I will try to change directions, and I will add more pillows to sleep. But nothing has helped me.

How to treat large tonsils with cysts?

Hello doctor,

I have large tonsils, one is larger than the other, and one has a cyst. I am a 21-year-old male with a potential history of GERD. I take Rennies. However, I have been given Lansoprazole. I am a medical student, so I am paranoid about cancer. I do not have any weight loss. My thoughts are glandular fever or HPV. No sore throat, and I have been using a steroid spray for about a week. I have a constant feeling of something in the back of my throat. Please help.

I have a small bump on the throat with a raw feel. Why?

Hello doctor,

I am someone who suffers from health anxiety. I notice a lot of changes with my body. However, I had an appointment to get my throat looked at today but was declined due to COVID-19 concerns. I do not feel this is COVID-19 related, however. I have a spot on my bottom right side of my mouth. A skin colored type of bump or growth. It almost reminds me of like a pimple. I am not sure what I am even seeing, and it is hard for me to describe. I have had a raw feeling throat for about a week and a half now. Nothing major, no serious pain in my throat, not even a bad sore throat. I have also had a lot of drainage from my sinuses. I have had canker sore issues consistently for the past nine months now though. Constantly, without fail, one will heal, two will appear. I have had headaches off and on, again, nothing major. I feel feverish at times, many times actually, but I do not have a fever when I check. Runny nose and congestion have been there as well, again, nothing major. I felt very minor sick. I am scared ultimately. My anxiety is a wreck, and my primary care doctor refused to see me about It today. I am currently on Lorazepam, Gabapentin, and Mary's Magic mouthwash.
