Will taking Montec LC everyday cause any side effects?

I, aged 37 years, male, have to take one Montec LC tablet (Montelukast and Levocetirizine) daily during the winter season due to suffering from allergic rhinitis. I feel really well if I take it regularly in this season. Please let me know whether it has any side effects or not. Now, I want to use nasal spray instead of the medicine I am using. Kindly prescribe me the medicine.

Hello doctor,
I am having a sensation of the presence of something like a ball on the side of my trachea when I try to touch my chin to my chest. No pain is felt while swallowing and there is a slight discomfort. This started the same day I underwent a root canal procedure when I had to keep my mouth open for almost one hour. I have had a TMJ problem on the same side for the past 15 years.
