What kind if urinary symptoms?

Frequency of urination have to go repeatedly to pass urine with associated urgency (difficulty holding urine). these symptoms only after they think of it or not occupied by some work.

Well.It could be part of anxiety spectrum or actively thinking abput it resulting active contraction of destrusor or its overactivity.Its pretty common symptom in patients with anxiety disorder.I would recomend using duloxetine at a dose of 20 to 40 mg.It will reduce anxiety symptoms plus improve functioning of internal sphictors.If the patient has other significant anxiety symptoms,escitalopram is another option

It may be due to OCD? Thoughts about urination, and then a kind of compulsion to urinate. If The type of thougts are intrusive, OCD should be considered in differential diagnosis.
My recommendation would be initiating either sertralin or duloxetin.

Its more likely to be psycho somatic symptoms because the root cause is a thought. psychotherapy would be the best option to treat unconscious conflicts of the patient. although medication for somatic complaints can be effective side by side
