65 yr pleural fluid analysis

Medical Case Details:

Presented with massive ascites n pleural effusion.ct scan shows bowel wall thickening...tumor markers like CA19-9 n CEA raised.

I think this is a ascitic fluid deposit wih MGG stain.
Most of the cells are fragile with cytoplasmic rupture. Bare nucleii are there. However so far I can few intact malignant cells it appears to be Adeno carcinoma of Pancreatic origin.
